Customized items cannot be returned.

- The product must be in perfect condition, with no damage, and in its original, unused state, including the packaging.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order

Refund Procedure
After receiving the return, the team will inspect the condition of the goods. If they are in compliance, we will process the refund within five days of receiving the return.
