Once an order is placed, the process begins: the meltable wax element is constructed, the wax is transformed into metal, and the piece is manually machined and embedded.

Yes, since silver jewelry is gilded with 24-karat gold, it may be damaged by chemicals, scratches, etc. Ultimately, it will turn silver.
Since this is an additional treatment, you can have your jewelry replated at any local jewelry store.
Oxidation is a natural process. To delay it as much as possible, we gold-plate or rhodium-plate our jewelry. Therefore, we only use non-oxidizing metals for our products cover.
Oxidation will occur when the coverage thins out. In this case, don’t panic! Grab a toothbrush, a teaspoon of baking soda, some toothpaste, and a drop of water. Brushing the jewelry with this homemade mixture will make it shine again!
