How long does it take for a jewel to arrive?

It takes about four weeks to produce a jewel. Please note that jewels with more casings may take longer. We are always available to provide real-time updates on the production process!

What should I do if my jewelry oxidizes?

Oxidation is a natural process. To delay it as much as possible, we gold-plate or rhodium-plate our jewelry. Therefore, we only use non-oxidizing metals for our products cover.

Oxidation will occur when the coverage thins out. In this case, don’t panic! Grab a toothbrush, a teaspoon of baking soda, some toothpaste, and a drop of water. Brushing the jewelry with this homemade mixture will make it shine again!
