Pearls have always been considered symbols of tears. In this collection, they literally become tears. Each piece of jewelry bears one or more numbers counting each stone. Because if there’s one thing this story has taught us, it’s that not everything dissipates into nothingness. Hence the subtitle: “F* you, I’m doing it.” Because, yes, I’m counting them.
